We will soon have our 7th candidate for Carroll County Board of Education to date enter the race in 2022: Steve Whisler.
Steve sent the following message to Scott E’s Blog for this article:
I very much look forward to reaching out to students, teachers, parents, incumbents, and others who have filed to run for the Board of Education. I believe that everyone, even those I’ll run against, have terrific ideas and great intentions to make CCPS the very best it can be. I think I’m an ideal candidate because of my experience in the classroom, the skills I’ve accumulated in the corporate and non-profit world, and my ability to bring people together. I urge people to visit my website, call or email me, and ask my anything. I’ll always be open, honest, ethical, and transparent!
The campaign finance committee has been activated “Friends of Steve Whisler”: https://campaignfinance.maryland.gov/Public/ShowReview?memberID=8074760%20&memVersID=3&cTypeCode=01
