Westminster Police Department looks for assistance to identify suspect observed tampering with vehicles in the areas of Spring Meadow Drive and Wyndtryst Drive

On December 25, 2021, at 12:10 AM, the above pictured person was observed tampering with vehicles in the areas of Spring Meadow Drive and Wyndtryst Drive, Westminster. Investigators believe a second suspect was also involved in the incident.
