Howard County Police have made two arrests in an October 30th vehicle theft in the 6000 block of Marshalee Drive in Elkridge

ARREST: Vehicle theft update

Police have made two arrests in an Oct. 30 vehicle theft in the 6000 block of Marshalee Drive in Elkridge. An adult male victim reported that he arranged online to sell a vehicle at the location. Upon arriving, he met up with a group of male suspects. One suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and drove away. The other suspects fled in another vehicle, dragging the victim for a short distance when he attempted to stop it. The victim was transported to the hospital for minor injuries. Through investigation, police identified two suspects and arrested them. The vehicle was recovered.

ARRESTED: Alexander George Bennett, 18, of Canterbury Riding in Laurel, charged with motor vehicle theft, and a juvenile male, 17, of Baltimore, charged as an adult with assault
