Students from the Carroll County Career and Technology Center received all four scholarships presented at the Building Congress & Exchange’s 83rd Annual Craftsmanship Awards

Announced by Carroll County Public Schools on October 18th:

Students from the Carroll County Career and Technology Center received all four of the scholarships presented at the Building Congress & Exchange’s 83rd Annual Craftsmanship Awards held October 14, 2021, at the  Mt. Washington Mill Dye House.

  • John Alcorn – Welding (Home School: Winters Mill High School)
  • Spencer Armitage – Electrical Construction (Home School:  Winters Mill High School)
  • Justin Pfoutz – Masonry (Home School:  Manchester Valley High School)
  • Emma Santoro – Drafting (Home School:  Century High School)

The BC&E Foundation awards $1,000 scholarships to four promising high school students who are pursuing careers, training or degrees in the construction and design fields.
