Scott E’s Blog Power Rankings through week 5:

  1. South Carroll (-)
  2. Francis Scott Key (-)
  3. Liberty (-)
  4. Westminster (+2)
  5. Manchester (-1)
  6. Century (-1)
  7. Winters Mill (-)

Summary:

My top 3 remain unchanged as all three teams (South Carroll, Francis Scott Key and Liberty) all earned impressive victories in week 5.

I moved Westminster up two spots to #4 this week after their win over Manchester. While only 1 and 4 on the season, three of those loses came outside the county. Two of those loses were by 1 point. Their only loss in county play was to South Carroll where they held South Carroll to their lowest offensive output of the season (16 points).

Manchester and Century both fall one spot in my power rankings this week.

Winters Mill remain in 7th this week as they still seek their first win on the season.
