INDIA@75 - Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the platinum jubilee of freedom if you will, is a mega festival of freedom. It is also a mega festival celebrating the glorious history of its people, culture, and achievements. It is a victory of democracy, togetherness in diversity, and the richness of Indian culture.
FREE ENTRY to celebrate the Indian Culture inside the 40,000 Sq.-ft Indoor, Air-conditioned Hall at Howard County Fairgrounds - a massive space overflowing with the creativity of artists coming forward to showcase their talent and culture from different parts of India. From the music and dance to the intricately gorgeous stalls, the celebration invites everyone to be part of this vibrant and cultural experience.
PRE - DIWALI CELEBRATION - get ready for the festive season! The FESTIVAL will feature a BAZAAR of exquisite Indian Clothing, Jewelry, Accessories, Handicrafts, and more. The showstopper will be the FASHION SHOW, back on popular demand! Enjoy all this while grooving to Bollywood music, Dance, and other Performances. A variety of Delicious Indian Food will be sold by restaurants in the area.

Indian music, dance, art, and food are as diverse as our culture and this celebration will have stalls from different regions of India that are intricately decorated and ethnically showcases the crafts and food from various states of India. We also invite you to embark on this gastronomic adventure with your family and friends, where you savor the bits and bites from all over India.
There will be many more events and activities conducted throughout the year to pay tribute to and participate in the India@75 initiative.
