I thought I would document a pretty neat accomplishment for the Blog this morning. Scott E’s Blog (covering news, politics, sports, events and other information in Carroll County and Howard County) has exceeded 50,000 page views per month for the past 25 consecutive months.
The Blog had 55,683 page views in August of 2019. Since then the Blog has ranged from 50,022 page views (in February 2020) to 162,899 page views (in January 2021). To date in August 2021 the Blog is at 53,661 and still counting for the month.
This might not be a big deal to anyone other than me…but I thought worth noting here on the Blog this morning.
This hobby of mine remains fun and I enjoy being one of the news sources for the local areas I cover. It also gives me something to do when I wake up at 4:00am (or earlier) each day.
It is always fun to see the Blog articles listed on news sources like Google News and News Break.
