An adult male victim reported that he was approached by a male suspect who demanded his valuables. The victim complied and the suspect fled with cash and a cell phone. Police responded, located the suspect, and arrested him. No one was injured.
ARRESTED: Torrence Lee Paul II, 30, of Blarney Street in Severn, charged with robbery, theft, and assault
