Howard County Executive to Open Applications for Additional Business Grants
Howard County Executive Calvin Ball will announce additional HoCo RISE Business Grant funding on Monday, May 10th at 10:30 a.m. at the Periodic Table in Columbia.
“During the course of the past year, our small local businesses have pushed forward through extraordinary circumstances and unforeseen obstacles, the very least we can do is continue to provide additional support and funding to ensure they can thrive as we emerge from this pandemic,” said Ball. “Since July, Howard County has provided nearly $18 million in CARES Act Funding to local restaurants, small-retailers, farms, hotels, live venues, childcare providers, and home-based businesses – and there’s still more to do.”
