COVID-19 positivity rate falls below 3% in Howard County – April 29th

Noted on the Maryland Department of Health website on April 29th, Howard County now has a COVID-19 positivity rate (7 day rolling average) of 2.93% for April 28th.

The last time Howard County was below 3% positivity rate was on March 6, 2021 (2.96%). The lowest Howard County has seen in 2021 was on March 2nd (2.62%).
