Howard County Executive Calvin Ball will feature the monoclonal antibody treatment for COVID-19 at the Howard County General Hospital (HCGH) on Tuesday, April 27th at 11:00 a.m. Ball will be joined by HCGH Interim President Dr. Shafeeq Ahmed and Interim Vice President Dr. Jeanette Nazarian. This event will also be live streamed on Facebook.

“COVID-19 is still prevalent in our community, and for the many of our residents who are not yet vaccinated, it can cause serious illness,” said Ball. “Monoclonal antibodies are an important and helpful therapy to have access to here in Howard County, and is another important step to remove barriers to care and ultimately keep our residents safe.”
