ARREST: Robbery update

Police have made an arrest in the Jan. 26 robbery at Taylor’s Collective in the 8100 block of Main Street in Ellicott City. A store employee reported that a male suspect with his face partially covered approached the front counter, displayed a handgun, threatened the employee, and demanded cash. The employee complied and the suspect fled. No one was injured. Through investigation, police identified the suspect and arrested him.

ARRESTED: Kenneth Harry Hood, 57, of Greenshire Lane in Owings Mills, charged with armed robbery, robbery, and theft
