UPDATE: CCPS just published the following update on Twitter (6:51am):
The following is listed on the Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS) website on the morning of January 26th (as of 5:00am):
- Due to inclement weather, Carroll County Public Schools will be opening two hours late tomorrow, Tuesday, January 26, with a re-evaluation of weather conditions in the morning. A final decision will be announced no later than 7:15 a.m.
