  1. I love your parting thoughts about who knows what will happen. We live in Taneytown. When I worked in Baltimore, they referred to Carroll County as “God’s Country”. It usually snows on 1/21, which is my birthday. But this time, it sounds like it will snow on my husband’s, Bill, birthday which is the 26th!! He is taking off Monday, for our birthday, & as a he works for the Federal Government, they will probably either be off or a delayed opening, in which case he won’t go in for 10 a.m. & leave at 1:00 p.m. So, he’ll probably be off Tuesday, too!!

Thank you for an enjoyable article!!
