The latest information from the Maryland Department of Health shows Howard County has exceeded 6% (6.04%) COVID-19 positivity rate (rolling 7-day average) for the first time since June 10th (when we were at 6.36%):
Howard County remains well below the state positivity rate (now at 7.33%).

Governor Hogan will hold a press conference to provide a COVID-19 update on December 1st at 4:00pm. Given the numbers in November I would recommend watching this press conference today. It will not surprise me to see additional reopening rollbacks (not that I am hoping for that…but the data points above are very concerning).
