Howard County to conduct a second post election day ballot canvassing session on November 8th

Additional votes for the 2020 General Election will be counted today in Howard County. As part of the “2020 Presidential General Election Canvass Schedule” here is the canvasing schedule:

  • Sunday November 8, 2020 – Opening/Scanning of Mail-In Ballots – Lake Elkhorn Gymnasium & Board of Elections Office
  • Thursday November 12, 2020 @ 9:00 AM – Provisional Canvass & Opening/Scanning of Mail-In Ballots – Lake Elkhorn Gymnasium & Board of Elections Office
  • Friday November 13, 2020 – Opening/Scanning of Mail-In Ballots – Lake Elkhorn Gymnasium & Board of Elections Office

Two races in Howard County that voters are watching closely are:

Howard County Board of Education – District 4

Jen Mallo holds a 1,330 vote lead in this race right now.

Judge of the Circuit Court – Howard County

 

Quincy Coleman holds a 8,413 vote lead in this race right now.
