New CODID-19 Cases:

According to the Maryland Department of Health dashboard Maryland added 1,541 new cases of COVID-19 on November 6th. This is the largest one day increase since May 19th (1,784 cases added on that date).

Here in Howard County we added 63 new cases (per the data reported on the dashboard). This is the largest one day increase (per that dashboard) since June 11th (91 cases added on that date).

Current beds in use:

Maryland is now reporting 609 beds in use due to COVID-19 across the state. This is the most beds in use reported since June 20th (644 beds in use on that day).

Howard County has not released beds in use totals today (it was reported at 11 yesterday).

Testing Positivity:

Testing positivity went up again today and is now at 4.37% (up 0.16%).
