Two weeks ago I reported that “Howard County has requested more than 45,000 mail-in ballots as of September 10th” and today that number has increased to 73,181. Here is data that can be found on the State Board of elections (SBOE) website:
The SBOE site reports (in August 2020) that there are 225,087 registered voters in Howard County…so that would work out to over 32% requesting mail-in ballots for this election cycle up to this point (expect that number to continue to go up).
