On the third anniversary of the homicide of 25-year-old Meiko Locksley in Columbia, Howard County Police and the Locksley family are joining together to make a plea for new information in the case and announce an increased reward.
Locksley was shot in the 5500 block of Harpers Farm Road the evening of Sept. 3, 2017. Police have not made an arrest in the investigation and are hoping that new information may help close the case.
