I created a handy dandy Google Map for those interested:
I expect many if not most people will be voting by mail…but I do also expect great many people will want to vote in person during the General Election in 2020. If that is you…consider voting early. The lines are MUCH shorter and it is generally much quicker to do so early than on election day.
I will miss voting at Ridgely’s Run Community Center this year (that has been my place to vote early in the past). I loved that place…always quiet and very easy….maybe why it did not make the list this year.
I will probably go over to Long Reach this year (I mean my kid did graduate from that High School and it is pretty close to home…so that might be my spot this year).
I will try and make it out to all five locations for photos during early voting (depending on my work schedule). Worry not…I will be well social distanced while taking photos at those locations. I will be interested to see what the various candidates do at the early voting centers…and it is always good to get photos during that time frame here in Howard County.

Can you drop off completed mail-in ballots at these locations as well?
The high schools were chosen because they are large enough to socially distance and accommodate the voting. Ridgely’s Run was too small.
It did not make the list because it is too small for social distancing. Not all locations allowed us to use them this election due to COVID.
Yes, Leslie, you can.
