Maryland Department of Health reports 4,178 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Howard County and 102,899 cases in Maryland on August 21st. Maryland added 670 new cases and Howard County added 30 new cases of COVID-19 in the past day.

The statewide COVID-19 testing positivity rate is now 3.08% and Howard County is at 2.62%.
