The following information was provided from Governor Larry Hogan today:

Testing Operations Suspended Tuesday Due to Tropical Storm Isaias. The Maryland Department of Health, Maryland Emergency Management Agency, and testing site operators are closely monitoring the potential impacts of Tropical Storm Isaias. Testing operations at community-based sites will be suspended Tuesday, August 4, including the high-volume testing event at Ripken Stadium. Marylanders should monitor for updates.

The following state and local testing sites will be closed on Tuesday, August 4 due to tropical storm conditions:

  • Adventist Medical Group – Indian Head Highway (Prince George’s)
  • Carroll County Agricultural Center (Carroll) – Temporarily relocated to Friendship Valley Elementary School
  • Columbia VEIP (Howard)
  • Laurel-Beltsville Senior Activity Center (Prince George’s)
  • Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium (Harford) – Testing rescheduled for August 11
  • Hagerstown VEIP (Washington)
  • Pimlico Race Course (Baltimore City)
  • Prince Frederick VEIP (Calvert)
  • Prince George’s County Health Department, Cheverly Health Center (Prince George’s)
  • Rollingcrest-Chillum Recreation Center (Prince George’s)
  • Timonium Fairgrounds (Baltimore County)
  • Waldorf VEIP (Charles)

VEIP TESTING UPDATE: Out of an abundance of caution, we have CANCELLED drive-thru COVID-19 testing at the Columbia VEIP Station on Tue 8/4 in order to prepare for the arrival of Isaias. Those with appointments will be contacted to reschedule.
