It is now official….my COVID-19 tests results from July 7th came back as negative (as expected). I received a phone call today from Quality First Urgent Care.
I went to take a COVID-19 test on July 7th to document the process for our community: My COVID-19 testing experience in Howard County at the new drive through location on July 7th.
I did a couple of follow up post about the longer than expected delays in getting my tests results back:
- July 13th: Concerns about getting your COVID-19 tests results back quickly are legit here in Howard County
- July 18th: Day 11 and still no COVID-19 test results in Howard County Maryland
I am happy to hear that tests taken after July 9th or 10th have been coming back much quicker. I have heard and seen enough stories about quick turn around times that I feel like things are much better now than they were for those of us that were tested right after July 4th.
I want to give a shout out to the folks at Quality First Urgent Care. They were excellent during the testing process and provided me with two phone call updates while I waited for my test results to arrive.
If you feel like you should get tested…be sure to check out this listing of locations: Howard County Provides An Updated Listing Of COVID-19 Testing Locations

I was tested on 7/13/20 at the same location.
No results yet.
Literally nothing about this is acceptable.
