The Maryland Department of Health reported 2,423 cases of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in Howard County on June 23rd. This is a decrease of 13 cases reported yesterday (2,436).
This is the 3rd time the Maryland Department of Health has reported a decrease in the total number of cases for Howard County:
- Maryland Department of Health decreases confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Howard County by 36 on June 14th
- Maryland Department of Health decreases confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Howard County by 23 on June 16th
On the Howard County COVID-19 dashboard this is what we are reporting locally for the total number of cases on June 23rd: (2,430):
Governor Hogan tweeted out the following testing chart this morning:
Howard County is shown at 7.4% on the chart above but the Howard County Health Department COVID-19 Dashboard shows Howard County at 8.21%.
I will continue to watch the numbers daily and weekly from the state and county for significant items for the community.
