In Howard County zip code 21045 has the most total cases of Coronavirus (213) and zip code 20763 has the highest concentration of cases “rate per 10,000” (71):

The number of total beds in use is dropping and could be a good sign that Governor Hogan might implement Stage 1 of his Roadmap to Recovery plan in the near future (above and beyond what he has already done to date). Governor Hogan has a press conference at 5:00pm today and I expect him to announce a date and details about reopening via Stage 1 of his plan.
