The three candidates running for Howard County Board of Education in District 2 (Antonia Barkley Watts, Larry Pretlow and James Cecil) joined Scott E’s Blog on May 9th for a debate.
We were able to get five questions in during the debate…covering items like school start times, redistricting, distance learning, special education and equity.
