Arrests made in stolen catalytic converters from vehicles in Fulton

Theft from vehicle

Fulton, 20758: 11800 block of West Market Place, March 18 4:01 a.m.

Catalytic converters were stolen from three vehicles in the area. Through investigation, officers identified two suspects and arrested them nearby. Police are looking into the likelihood they are responsible for additional thefts.

ARRESTED: Richard Rogers, 32, of West Edgeville Road in Brooklyn, charged with theft, malicious destruction of property and rogue and vagabond; Sara Rogers, 33, also of West Edgeville Road in Brooklyn, charged with conspiracy to commit theft, conspiracy to commit malicious destruction of property and conspiracy to commit rogue and vagabond
