According to Kate Amara (WBAL TV Reporter) Carroll County in Maryland has reported its first case of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

That would be confirmed case number 18 in Maryland.

If that information is correct (I say that because the Maryland Department of Health website is still reporting 17)…then here is the updated cases by county in Maryland:
