David Dempster was kind enough to share photos he took at the Howard County Police Officers’ Charitable Golf Tournament that happened on August 26th. Here is some information he put out publicly on social media:

I was lucky enough to attend Turf Valley Resort‘s
Golf Fundraiser today! Benefiting and bring together our Howard County Police Foundation and our Howard County Branch NAACP #7020.
Strengthening community relations and helping our kids to grow up well is what this fantastic event is all about.
Major Luther Johnson of HCPD, and Willie Flowers of the NAACP, are working hard together forging ties to create a better community for us all.
The proceeds from this sold-out event will be split 50/50 between the NAACP Youth Council of Howard County and the Howard County Police foundation.
The NAACP Youth Council – helps children in countless ways to succeed in life by succeeding in school and being engaged in productive activities.
The Howard County Police Foundation – is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization that raises funds to support the HCPD in efforts to improve public safety and the quality of life in Howard County and support the Howard County Joint Police Fire Training Academy.

Becca Niburg was there working hard for the NAACP.
Lamarr Swann our local Ellicott City Photographer, was the official event photographer. The photos in this post are mine.
TeeMac Golf of Columbia helped non-golfers attend by offering golf-instruction at the event.

Here are the photos he shared with me to publish on the blog:

Big thanks to David for sharing the photos.
