After a crazy day in Annapolis…Delegate Adrienne A. Jones Becomes Speaker Of The Maryland House of Delegates. The vote was originally 138 – 1.
Then this was reported:
Del. Neil Parrott (R-Washington) was the lone no vote on Jones becoming Speaker. He later changed his vote on the floor. #mdpolitics

So it ended up unanimous after all.
