I am VERY interested in what they will announce later today. I was happy to see the big announcement from the previous County Executive and previous County Council member from district 1 when they talked about big changes for Ellicott City that actually might make things safer for that area…I hope that this announcement is similar in that the newly elected members see that big changes are needed…not little changes.

We will find out later today…and I will have an update on the blog.
