In what is turning into a series of shocking announcements today…Del. Frank Turner, D-Howard County and vice chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, announces he will not seek re-election in 2018. Here is what I came across on Twitter:
Team 13 will need a new member…and some new t-shirts soon.
As of this post, Delegate Turner has not officially withdrawn from the race: http://elections.state.md.us/elections/2018/primary_candidates/gen_cand_lists_2018_1_ALL.html
This opens the door for Larry Pretlow in District 13.
