Howard County CB30 Veto Override Vote on July 3rd

In case you were busy over the holiday and missed this…the Howard County Council voted 4 – 1 to override the County Executive veto of CB30. Here is a breakdown from Do the Most Good – Howard County.

One of the most interesting items from the article is this:

After the meeting, Fox indicated there may be some further move to block the law from taking full effect. “TBD (to be determined),” he said, refusing to say what form such an effort might take. “This (the law) will never stand as is.”

So what is next? I guess we have to wait and see but the bottom line is that it is the law for now…but it does not appear as if the fight is over yet.
