The Blog Spartan Considerations kicked off looking early at who might run in the 2018 Howard County Executive race back on January 2nd (READ HERE) and I followed that up with my own take on the names he put out there and even added a couple of other possibilities (READ HERE). It takes a decent amount of money to run for County Executive so here are some numbers from the recent Campaign Finance Reports you might find as an interesting “add on” to the previous posts:

Janet Siddiqui – $5,709 cash on hand. I know that they have/had a PAC with some money in it as well…If anyone has the data on it send it over and I will update this post.
Now it is so early that I am not sure how much this means at this point but some people find it fun to track this data so I thought I would put it out there for the readers of this blog. If you have other names I should be looking at for 2018, let me know in the comments. Also, If I made any mistakes – please let me know and I will correct is ASAP.
