A little about Dr. Plaster (via Facebook Bio):

Meet Mark ‘Doc’ Plaster

Family man:
Doc Plaster has been married to his college sweetheart, Rebecca, for the last 40 years. Their two sons, Graham and Logan, and one daughter, Whitney, have given them six beautiful grandchildren so far.

Physician:
Doc Plaster has been a board certified emergency physician since 1982. Since moving to Maryland in 2002, Mark has worked both at Harbor Hospital in Baltimore and Bowie Health Center in the emergency department.

Officer in US Navy:
At the age of 50, Doc Plaster joined the Navy reserves as a way to give back. After the attack on 9/11, Doc was deployed to Iraq with the Marine Corps for two tours serving as a physician in a shock trauma platoon.

Business Owner:
In 1992, Doc Plaster founded M L Plaster Publishing and the magazine Emergency Physicians Monthly. Now after 20+ he runs the magazine with his son Logan out of their offices in Maryland and New York City.
