HorseSpirit Arts Gallery will be hosting a reception for Anna Debose-Hankins, a local Howard County artist on February 8th. This is an excellent opportunity to meet a local artist and check out the collections of art at this gallery. What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

When I decided to start my business, I made a promise to myself I would give back to the community in some way. Being very close to animals, especially horses, each year I donate a percentage of my proceeds to Le Cheval Stable (www.lechevalstable.org).

Final comments

Having a daughter that is VERY artistic, I am very much looking forward to attending this art show. I know she will appreciate seeing the artwork of this artist and art gallery. I hope many of you attend this event on the 8th.

  1. Scott, While we just need one tag per community post, you can also choose #HoCoArts, and that will push a particular post into the arts section of HoCoBlogs. It isn’t quite yet set up for every single category on HoCoBlogs, but it’s set up for most.
