I thought I would restart the Technology Outreach Scorecards with a race in Howard County. I may make it out to the Howard County Fair later today and I look forward to checking out what presence these candidates have out there this year.

Comments – Tom Coale was regularly the technology outreach leader in this race during the Primary and he remains the clear leader today.
Tom holds significant follower advantages on Facebook and Twitter and has continued to add new followers since the June technology outreach review. Tom also has continued to update his Google+ and Instagram accounts and added new followers to those platforms as well.
Bob has not had many updates since the Primary and as such has not added many new followers to his accounts. Bob trailed in social media outreach during the Primary and yet won his race. It will be interesting to see if he decides to place a greater emphasis on social media going forward to November.
