Representative in Congress – Congressional District 03 – June Technology Scorecard

Congress 3rd

It has been some time since I updated this scorecard. I did find some new technology outreach from one of the candidates since the last evaluation. Here are my takeaways from the scorecard above:

Congressman Sarbanes added the most new Facebook and Twitter followers since the last evaluation. He continues to hold a significant advantage in technology outreach.

Matthew Molyett added a significant number of new Facebook followers. The campaign team has to be pleased with that statistic. I was very happy to see new outreach on YouTube and the listing of the candidates LinkedIn profile. This is a significant improvement from March.

On the Republican side of the field…basically no positive remarks I can make about the outreach from these candidates. I did not find a single one of them with any campaign related social media channels. Just shocking to me.

Of course the reality of followers, likes, and subscribers does not mean a lot when it comes down to voting in the end, but it is a fun exercise to do and makes a great resource for following all of these candidates

Early VotingEarly voting begins on June 12th. The candidates should make sure their Howard County followers have this information: Early Voting in Howard County
