I am a little early with this evaluation this month due to another upcoming vacation. The last evaluation was done on April 13th, you can read it here: http://scottesoftware.wordpress.com/2014/04/13/april-technology-scorecard-democrat-candidates-for-governor/

Here are my takeaways from the scorecard above:
Doug Gansler added new most new followers on Facebook and Twitter. That is two months in a row with adding the most new Facebook followers. This is a wonderful trend for the team.
Heather Mizeur continues to lead with overall followers on Facebook and Twitter and she continues to attract new followers at a nice rate. I really enjoyed seeing this team hold a Google+ hangout session this past month. I just wish they promoted a campaign presence on that social media platform.
Anthony Brown did not add as many new followers on their social media outlets as the other candidates. Not to worry, they have a significant following and remain very active on their various platforms for outreach.

I continue to omit Ralph Jaffe, Charles Smith and Cindy Walsh from the scorecard due to the lack of outreach from these candidates.
I still can’t call any of the candidates the outright leader in this race. Gansler has the current momentum, Gansler and Brown have the most overall outreach on platforms and Mizeur has the most overall followers.
It is campaign sign season and there are signs going up everywhere. I live in Howard County and work in Montgomery County. I have noticed significantly more signs for Brown-Ulman than I have for the other two candidates combined. I am curious if others have noticed the same thing in other parts of the state.

Of course the reality of followers, likes, and subscribers does not mean a lot when it comes down to voting in the end, but it is a fun exercise to do and makes a great resource for following all of these candidates.

Interesting differences in the Facebook “Likes” stat of “Most Popular Age Group”. Mizeur is 25 to 34, Brown 35-54, Gansler 45-54. (Click on the Likes number to see)
It appears you have forgotten the Cindy Walsh for Governor of Maryland on the democratic ticket. My campaign website has more visits daily than any of the candidates you list above. It seems you like global corporate pols and not labor and justice pols! Better watch where these global corporate pols are leading—-government through global corporate tribunals as with Trans Pacific Trade Pact doesn’t end well for WE THE PEOPLE.
